External stairs, appealing aesthetics, built from premium class 1 hardwood, coming in hot dip galvanised stringers with hardwood treads or complete traditional hardwood stringers and treads, using traditional building methods to complement traditional Queenslander homes.

01. Initial Consultation
At this stage, we can recommend designers and engineers to assist you if you haven’t already engaged them.
Once designer and engineer working drawings have been completed, (then follow on with what you have already written).
02. Scope & Quote
Building approvals and documentation can feel complex, but we’ll guide you through each step with clear advice and practical support. We can recommend trusted certifiers we’ve worked with for more than 15 years to support your building approval. If you prefer, we can manage the certification process on your behalf from start to finish.
03. Approvals & Docs
We manage the build from start to finish, keeping you updated throughout and ensuring every detail is completed to a high standard. At handover, we walk through the finished project with you so you feel confident, informed and ready to enjoy your new space.

A Builder You Can Trust” is more than a tagline, it’s the way we approach every build. Led by Andrew (Andy) Harkin, our passionate, hands-on builder, we bring more than 15 years of experience, genuine care and an unwavering commitment to quality to every project.
Andy is known for his attention to detail, clear communication and practical, solutions-focused approach. Personable and enthusiastic, he takes the time to understand what matters to each client and works closely with them to bring their vision to life.
Much of our work has been built through client referrals and repeat business, something we’re incredibly proud of. To us, that’s the greatest testament to the relationships we build and the quality of work we deliver.
Behind the scenes is Andy’s wife, Zhinus, a lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience working with top-tier firms. Recognised among Australia’s Top 10 Outstanding Governance Professionals and as a participant in the 500 Women in Property program, Zhinus looks after our contracts, compliance and bookkeeping, helping ensure everything behind the scenes is just as well managed as the work on site.
Our team also includes Luke, our Supervising Carpenter, who has been with us for almost 10 years. His experience, professionalism and attention to detail reflect the same standards we expect across every project.
And, of course, there’s little Luca, our unofficial project manager, who keeps the team smiling along the way. We’re a family-owned building business, and we treat every project as if it were our own. From the first conversation to the final handover, you can expect honest communication, genuine care and quality workmanship you can trust.
